The first tip is to prevent sleep deprivation. A lack of sleep increases an hormone called cortisol which actually cause your body to store even more body fat. So make sure you and your partner set up a good schedule for late night baby sitting.
Tip number two is to be realistic with your workout planning. It's very difficult to have your baby and get to the gym at the same time. So start off with an at home workout and make sure you get it done.
Final and most important tip is to start the fat loss program now. The sooner you start, the faster you will get results. The reason is that your body is not used to having this amount of body fat and your body will allow you to burn it off a lot faster right after having the baby. Keeping the body fat on for a long period of time will allow your body to get accustomed to the weight and make it hard for future fat loss.
